Chairman
Ing. Jakub John - *1978, graduate of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering Brno - quality management and then Ph.D. student ibid. After studies at the Brno University of Technology came to the position of quality manager and later head of the department of management system and marketing of company ENVINET. In 2001-2002 Director for Investment and Development in company RAPIDEA. In 2003 he was one of the founders of the company EURONEST Ltd., the legal predecessor of VIA ALTA a.s.

Vice-chairman
Ing. Michaela Kamlarová - *1979, graduate of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of South Bohemia in Ceske Budejovice - Accounting and Financial Management. After her studies took up the post of economist ENVINET. In 2001-2002 she worked at the financial section of the investment and development company RAPIDEA. In 2003 she joined the company EURONEST as the financial director.

Petr Sameš - *1980, graduate of the Business College dr. Albina Bráfa, then student of Information management on West Moravian College Trebic. 8 years experience in both public and private spheres (GIS, maintenance and management of IS, IS development coordination, lecturing, consulting, grant management). From 2006 he worked as a project manager of EURONEST, since 2008 as a managing director of EST Software (former subsidiary of EURONEST)

Jakub Matějka - *1973, graduate of the Technical School of Construction, over 17 years of experience in various construction companies (PSJ Jihlava Archatt, Polansky Group, PSJ Service, DAFE Plast), worked at many different positions - project manager, construction manager, construction supervisor. In 2007 he initiated the VIA ALTA (as a subsidiary of EURONEST), which was the first chairman and director.
